Privacy policy
In short: the numbers you type into our calculators stay in your browser. This page explains the few things that are collected, by us and by the services we use.
Who we are

What stays in your browser
Calculator inputs and results are calculated on your device. We do not receive, store or sell them. If you choose "Share results on WhatsApp", your browser opens WhatsApp with a message that contains your inputs and results, and that message goes to WhatsApp and the person you send it to, not to us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting and content delivery provider (for example Cloudflare or Google Firebase Hosting) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse, and it is kept by the provider under its own policies.
Fonts
We host our fonts ourselves, so your browser does not contact a font provider when you open a page.
Browser storage
- Local storage: a key that remembers your chosen calculator colour theme. It stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
- Session storage: a key that remembers that you closed a site notice, until you close the tab.
We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires.
Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show advertising. Google and its advertising partners use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and similar technologies to show and measure ads and, depending on your settings and location, to personalise them. Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies in your browser for this purpose. Your choices
- Where the law requires your consent for cookies and personalised ads, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for it through a Google-certified consent management platform. Use the Privacy choices link in the footer to review or change your choice.
- You can manage personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings or opt out of interest-based advertising by many companies through aboutads.info.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may stop working.
Optional feedback
If a feedback form is available and you send us a message, we receive the name, place and message you type. These are stored using Google Firebase (Google Cloud). A message is reviewed by us before anything is shown on the site, and we show only what you agreed to. You can ask us to remove a message at any time by contacting us.
Messages you send us
If you email us or send an error report, we use your message and email address only to reply and to improve the site.
Children
The site is general and is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Retention and your rights
We keep feedback messages until you ask us to delete them or we remove them. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including rights to access, correct or delete your information. International transfers
Providers such as Google and Cloudflare operate globally, so data may be processed in countries other than yours, under their safeguards.

Our pages link to official websites and other third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
